The Empress Mango Spritz
Netflix just dropped season 2 of Bridgerton and between the pastries, outfits, ballrooms and 19th century gossip... there just had to be a cocktail that matched both the visuals and drama of the show.

1 Ohza Mango Mimosa 3 oz. Sparkling Water 1 Large Ice Cube, or Crushed Ice |
1 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur 1.5 oz. Indigo Empress Gin Edible Flowers for Decor |

Instructions
1. Pour 1.5 oz of Indigo Empress Gin over ice
2. Add 1 oz of St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
3. Fill glass until 2/3 full with Ohza Mango Mimosa
4. Top with sparkling water & edible flowers, we used dried hibiscus and fresh chamomile flowers.
